Sie sind absichtlich ger\u00e4ndelt, um ein Entfernen zu verhindern. Sie brauchen die Schrauben lediglich zu l\u00f6sen, und sie nach dem Installieren der Kupplung wieder festzuziehen. Dies gew\u00e4hrleistet, dass die Schrauben an Ort und Stelle bleiben und nicht in der Baugrube bei der Montage der Kupplung verloren gehen.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie also das n\u00e4chste Mal einen HYMAX installieren, lassen Sie alle Schrauben und Muttern, wo sie sind, dann verwenden Sie sie genau so, wie es das Design vorsieht.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/krausz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/June-2014-KC-doug-tipstricks-no.-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2032\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2032 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/krausz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/June-2014-KC-doug-tipstricks-no.-2.jpg\" alt=\"June 2014 KC - doug tips+tricks no. 2\" width=\"157\" height=\"158\" \/><\/a>Beim Einschieben der Rohre in den HYMAX &#8211; Den Rohren genug Platz lassen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Der HYMAX ist so konstruiert, dass sich die verbundenen Rohre um vier Grad innerhalb der Kupplung dehnen und bei Bodenbewegungen verschieben k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Damit dies funktioniert, m\u00fcssen Sie jedoch sicherstellen, dass ein ausreichender Abstand zwischen den Rohrenden ist. Schieben Sie also die Rohre nicht in die Kupplung, bis sie sich ber\u00fchren. Wenn dies passiert, kommen sich die Rohre gegenseitig in die Quere und eine kontinuierliche dynamische Abwinkelung (CDD) ist nicht m\u00f6glich. Installieren Sie deshalb das Rohrende so, dass es ungef\u00e4hr 3 Zoll innerhalb der Kupplung liegt. Bei diesem Ma\u00df sind die Rohre jenseits der Dichtungstiefe und erm\u00f6glichen eine vollst\u00e4ndige Abdichtung und CDD.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie Fragen haben, die ich in dieser Kolumne ansprechen soll, melden Sie sich bei mir!
